Responsibilities Creating and maintaining integrations between cloud and on-premise systems e.g. email, cloud office suites, communication platform, issue tracker, absence management system and KSeF. Customizing licensed software, as well as creating custom applications from scratch to support internal processes. Providing administrative support for Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Assets. Providing internal user support and facilitating training sessions to enhance adoption and effective usage. Monitoring system health and performance metrics to ensure stability and minimal downtime. Maintaining up-to-date documentation covering configurations, standards and operational procedures. Establishing and enforcing governance frameworks and best practices for tool management. Executing scheduled maintenance tasks and coordinating software upgrades. Partnering with stakeholders across departments to gather input and implement solutions that meet evolving needs.
