About the Role We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Developer/Admin with deep expertise in the STIBO STEP platform. This role will be responsible for designing, building, configuring, and administering STEP to support enterprise-wide master data initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands‑on STEP implementation experience, strong data modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance data quality, governance, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Platform Administration: Manage day‑to‑day administration of the STIBO STEP platform, including users, roles, permissions, security, and system configurations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance, patches, and environment upgrades. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of STEP environments (DEV/QA/PROD). Solution Design\& Development: Design and configure data models, workflows, business rules, hierarchies, and data governance processes within STEP. Develop and maintain integrations between STEP and external system
