Job Summary Provide on-site customer support and technical training while designing software visualizers and interpreting complex plasma telemetry to enhance automated cluster architectures in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities Deliver on-site customer support to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction Conduct internal and external training sessions to enhance team and customer technical knowledge Translate real-time hardware telemetry into visualized plasma data for operational clarity Design software visualizers and status maps to monitor and optimize automated cluster architectures Apply expert technical knowledge to support semiconductor equipment and processes effectively Maintain frequent communication with headquarters to align technical support and development efforts Required competencies and certifications Proficiency in Japanese language to facilitate effective communication with headquarters and stakeholders Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering disciplines to support technical responsibilities Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry to ensure deep domain expertise Preferred competencies and qualifications Competent product knowledge to support technical training and customer service Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation Proactive, people- and team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
