Обязанности: Drive the implementation of architectural decisions for AI Platform services within the team and establish technical direction for the engineering team., Drive the evolution of BBH's AI ecosystem by leading one of the AI Lab Agile teams from experimentation and proof-of-concepts to production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions., Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value AI use cases., Define and promote engineering standards, architecture principles, and best practices across the AI Lab., Mentor and coach engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning., Establish reusable patterns, shared services, and platform capabilities that accelerate AI adoption across teams., Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and production issue resolution., Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical approaches aligned with business objectives., Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, security, data, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions., Promote coding best practices, perform architecture and code reviews within the team, and guide technical decision-making., Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate innovative ideas and new AI capabilities., Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, platform architecture, and technical direction.
