HostOp is the AI operating system for short-term rental operators with 10 to 500 listings. One platform runs guest check-in, ID verification, damage waivers, upsells, payments and financials, with AI guest messaging next. It’s live with paying operators. We’re founder-led and bootstrapped, built by a founder who scaled his own rental business to 400+ units. Our web platform runs on Next.js and TypeScript with a Supabase backend. Now we’re building the HostOp iOS app, natively in Swift, iOS first. You’ll be our first mobile engineer and own it end to end: architecture, build, App Store release and everything after. Our design studio delivers every screen in Figma, and you’ll work with our engineers across Latin America and directly with the founder. Send CV through Get on Board. Job functions You’ll build a native iOS app operators use all day: approving guest requests, checking arrivals, answering messages and watching revenue. It should feel like Apple made it. What you’ll do Architect and build the HostOp iOS app in Swift and SwiftUI, on top of our existing APIs. Turn Figma designs into polished screens that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines. Make every screen adapt across iPhones, from the largest Pro Max to the foldable iPhone Duo, with Dynamic Type, Dark Mode and orientation changes. Build the Apple-native features: push notifications, widgets, Live Activities, App Intents, Face ID and Apple Wallet passes. Own the App Store pipeline: signing, TestFlight, App Stor
