For 17 years, hundreds of companies and institutions have placed their trust in DSwiss.  We are looking for a hands-on IT & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Operations team.  This is a hybrid role combining ownership of our internal IT environment with the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in infrastructure operations and platform engineering.  You will take responsibility for keeping our employees productive, our devices secure, and our internal IT services running reliably. At the same time, you will work alongside experienced infrastructure engineers, gradually expanding your responsibilities into Linux systems, data center operations, virtualization, networking, automation, and modern infrastructure technologies.  We don't expect you to be an expert in all these areas from day one. We're looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a genuine interest in learning and growing beyond traditional IT administration.
