Job Description The Role As a Technical Product Manager for our Digital Experience Backend team, you will own the backend product capabilities that power our customer-facing App and Web experiences. You will provide a single point of product ownership for backend demand across Digital Experience: shaping asks into clear problems and outcomes, setting priorities, maintaining the roadmap and backlog, and partnering with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable and reusable services. You will connect the needs of App and Web product teams with the wider platform strategy, balancing new capabilities, migrations, operational resilience and technical health to maximise customer and business value. Key Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy and outcome-led roadmap for the Digital Experience backend capabilities that support App and Web. Act as the central product owner for backend development asks from App and Web teams, creating one transparent and prioritised view of demand. Define clear ownership and boundaries across digital backend services, shared platforms and dependent teams, reducing duplication and bespoke solutions. Align the roadmap with digital experience, architecture, platform and business strategies, including migrations from legacy services. Establish and run a consistent intake and triage process for backend asks, ensuring requests are understood, evidenced and technically assessed before entering the backlog.
