In this role you will get to d esign, develop, deploy, and maintain Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that support business, operational, and customer-facing products and services . What You'll Be Doing: Supports AI/ML program and project implementation efforts and makes significant contributions to department goals, innovation initiatives, and strategic planning activities. Designs, develops, trains, evaluates, and deploys machine learning and artificial intelligence models to solve business and operational challenges. Collaborates with data scientists, software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define AI/ML requirements and solution approaches. Develops and maintains data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model training workflows. Monitors model performance, drift, accuracy, and reliability in production environments and implements corrective actions as necessary. Investigates and resolves defects, performance iss
