Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on VP Software Engineering Lead (.NET/AWS) to design, develop, enhance, and optimize cloud-native applications supporting critical business capabilities. This role is approximately 80% hands-on software engineering and solution delivery and 20% technical leadership and mentoring . The ideal candidate will lead technical design, contribute production code, drive modernization , and help scale highly available applications while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams. This role does not have formal people-management responsibilities. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver new functionality across cloud-native .NET applications running on AWS. Enhance, modernize, scale, and optimize existing enterprise applications and services. Design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed application components. Drive application resiliency, scalability, performance, security, and observability best practices. Contribute production-quality code and participate in architecture, design, code review, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Collabo
