Descrizione

You will - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of test cases, test plans, and test scripts for features and releases - Coordinate testing efforts across web UI, mobile apps, APIs, and backend services - Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools - Validate data quality and transformations across data pipelines and Data Lakes - Support testing for AI/ML models and ensure output consistency and accuracy - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure CI/CD integration and fast feedback loops - Track and report on test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness - Provide mentorship and guidance to QA engineers and manual testers - Drive regression, smoke, and performance testing across environments - Ensure adherence to QA best practices, including compliance with HIPAA and health tech regulatory standards You are - Detail-oriented with a strong ability to break down complex systems into testable components. - Collaborative and communicative, partnering well with engineers, PMs, and QA peers. - Curious and continuously seeking better tools, methods, and insights to improve testing. - Resilient and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Motivated by Foodsmart’s mission and driven to build high-quality software that makes a meaningful impact. You have - 8+ years of experience in software QA, including 3-5 years in a lead or senior QA role - Programming knowledge with Typescript/Jav
