Knowtex.ai Senior Software Engineer, Web LOCATION San Francisco, CA (in office 3 days a week) EMPLOYMENT Full-time, individual contributor WORK AUTHORIZATION Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor visas for this role About Knowtex.ai Knowtex is the first frontier AI lab for healthcare that is building AI to save human lives. We built an AI system that executes the most complex workflows in medicine and empowers clinicians with clinical intelligence capabilities, so every patient can receive the best care possible. Position Overview We are seeking a frontend-leaning engineer to help build and scale Clinical Intelligence capabilities in our user-facing web application. You will work closely with Platform Engineering and customer-facing teams to build accessible, intuitive, and performant user experiences that support real-time AI workflows across enterprise healthcare environments. This role is ideal for an engineer who has experience operating on small, high-impact teams with significant ownership and autonomy, including end-to-end execution on critical product features. Key Responsibilities Maintain and expand core Clinical Intelligence experiences, including AI assistants, patient context, patient search, trial and drug eligibility, and other emerging workflows Build and scale client-side EHR-integrated features Maintain complex audio-centric workflows Develop accessible, intuitive, and performant user interfaces Develop secure and performant APIs a
