The Sr. Manager – IT Software Development Testing Lead directs the quality assurance function for custom internal and client-facing applications and custom reporting. This position owns the testing function across the software development life cycle, designs and maintains automated test frameworks, sets standards for unit and integration testing in collaboration with development teams, and leads a team of software test engineers. Working within a Microsoft-centered technology stack, the Testing Lead brings a software development background to quality engineering: writing and reviewing testing code, building automated regression testing, integrating tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, and building report testing meeting acceptability thresholds.
