About the Role Join a Series A logistics technology company building software for temperature-sensitive supply chains. In this hands-on product role, you will shape AI-powered tools that help pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain teams make timely, evidence-based decisions. What You'll Do Own the roadmap for core product modules and a growing set of AI agents. Define how agents present context and recommendations, act only on delegated tasks, and log actions for auditability. Meet with customers in pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain operations to turn complex regulated workflows into simple product experiences. Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver AI features grounded in product data and knowledge layers. Set and measure outcomes such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2 or more years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products. Hands-on technical experience, with React or full-stack web development experience; mobile-only development does not meet this requirement. Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers.
