As part of the evolution of our engineering operating model, we are moving from technology-vertical teams to durable, cross-functional product teams supported by horizontal engineering practices. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the people and the outcomes of one or more of these product teams: owning delivery, developing the people, building the culture, and clearing the path for the team to do its best work.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will remain close to the code — contributing directly to product development — while being co-responsible, together with the Product Lead, for the delivery, quality and business impact of your team’s work. Reporting Lines & Interactions Part of the Forum IT Team, the Engineering Manager reports to the Product Engineering Lead.
