𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗥𝘀 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬 - 𝗥𝘀 𝟭𝟲𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬 (𝗶𝗲 𝗜𝗡𝗥 𝟭𝟮-𝟭𝟲 𝗟𝗣𝗔) Experience: 4+ yrs Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, Hyderabad, Telangana, India As a App Server Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-grade application servers, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for our mission-critical Java EE applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex server issues, participate in capacity planning, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in WebLogic and Linux will enable you to design robust deployment pipelines and automate routine tasks, while your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you translate technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and documentation, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Delivering reliable, secure, and scalable application environments will be at the core of your role, and your attention to detail will ensure that performance metrics and service-level agreements are consistently met.
