• Own core central financial processes with accuracy and speed.
• Lead the systems roadmap — evaluate, implement, and optimise the finance systems stack (ERP, planning, reporting, consolidation, automation tools) so the function runs on best-in-class tooling.
• Drive AI transformation — identify where AI can replace manual work (month-end close, consolidation, accounting, reconciliation) and lead the implementation of those solutions
• Bridge finance & technology — work hand-in-hand with engineering/data teams to build and deploy the tools that make finance faster and more accurate.
• Improve processes — redesign workflows end-to-end: from data capture to reporting, from AP/AR to close, from planning to insight.
