Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester with AI exposure with 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test planning, execution, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key
Own end-to-end testing activities for assigned features, enhancements, and releases. Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios. Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
Validate backend data and business logic using SQL queries. Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution. Investigate production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis.
Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency, documentation, analysis, and quality outcomes. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline test documentation, reporting, and QA knowledge management.
Promote an AI-First Quality Engineering approach by improving QA processes through intelligent testing practices. Mentor junior team members and promote a quality-first mindset. Required
