Lieu : Herstal, Belgium MISSION Thales Belgium (Herstal site) is a world leader in precision guided rocket system for helicopters and jet aircraft. In order to meet its ambitious production and product development roadmap, Thales wants to reinforce its technical team and is looking for an engineer who wants to develop himself as a Systems Engineer. As an integration engineer, you coordinate and validate subsystems integration on customer platforms, ensuring system compliance and performance throughout deployment and operational phases. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Model-Based Design methods and tools in a high-tech environment. Your role will require you to support multiple projects, necessitating strong planning and organizational skills. Through these initiatives, you will actively collaborate to define and enhance the performance of rocket systems integrated on customer’s platforms, utilizing simulations and live demonstrations. The Systems Engineer position is recognized as a critical capability for our business and offers significant opportunities for career advancement. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and improve both new and existing Algorithms and Control Laws design for Guidance, Navigation, Flight Controls and Aiming System Test and assess performances of Algorithms using analytical methods and Monte-Carlo simulations Perform Algorithms validation and verification (V&V) for any updates and/or new designs Support integration of Algori
