In this role, you'll collaborate with UX researchers, designers, developers, and business partners to design and deliver visually compelling, accessible, and user-centered solutions across digital platforms. You'll help shape the future of our digital experiences by bringing concepts to life through high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems that drive consistency and innovation. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary: Jr. UX Visual Designer: $32.69-$42.07 hourly, plus annual bonus opportunity.  UX Visual Designer: $86,000-$114,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
