About the role As an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer Lead, you will design and develop generative artificial intelligence and agent-based solutions across FIS. You will build scalable applications using large language models and integrate them with enterprise platforms, application programming interfaces and workflows. You will also evaluate these systems for accuracy, reliability, safety and effective grounding. Your key responsibilities: Design and build generative artificial intelligence applications using proprietary and open-weight large language models. Develop agent-based systems and workflows that support planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, human oversight and autonomous tasks. Integrate artificial intelligence solutions with enterprise platforms, application programming interfaces and business workflows.
