Who we are looking for: Slate is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (Senior) to help bring code to life. QA Engineers employ different testing strategies to ensure systems are solid and ready for real-world scale. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the company’s direction and success and should not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. What you get to do: Be responsible for manual and automated testing of features across various platforms, including web and mobile. Develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques. Utilize black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques. Test code and systems using manual and automated tools. Write automated tests and user-level test automation tools. Create, maintain, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to complement existing QAE skillsets Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand product features and technical implementations.
