Full-Stack Developer & ERP Integration Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

RefLAB is the first-of-its-kind private laboratory in Armenia and the CIS specializing in the development and production of pharmaceutical reference standards . Accredited to ISO 17034 by a European accreditation body, RefLAB serves leading pharmaceutical manufacturers across the CIS and MENA regions. We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & ERP Integration Architect to develop and manage RefLAB's digital infrastructure.

The primary objective is to build a modern B2B & B2C e-commerce website, fully integrate it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, migrate our existing ERP operations from Odoo, and automate business processes to minimize manual data entry. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, hands-on developer capable of designing technical architecture, implementing complete solutions, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to achieve maximum productivity. 2+ years of professional software development experience , preferably involving full-stack development, backend architecture, and enterprise integrations.

Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as C#/.NET, [link] or Python , and frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js.
