Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Enterprise Data Migration & Modernization Act as the technical lead for the migration of legacy databases, data pipelines, reporting assets, and analytics solutions to the strategic cloud-based data platform. Conduct current-state assessments and define future-state architecture, migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and success measures. Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Technology, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless transition with minimal operational disruption. Oversee the migration and optimization of Tableau dashboards, data marts, SQL assets, and analytics workloads within the target ecosystem. Establish governance frameworks, reconciliation processes, risk controls, and data validation standards to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration lifecycle. 2. Drive Customer Value Management (CVM) Analytics Deliver data and analytics solutions that support customer portfolio management, segmentation, campaign effectiveness measurement, customer insights, client tagging, and advisor productivity initiatives. Enable business teams with robust campaign targeting, lead management, customer analytics, and performance tracking capabilities. Develop and maintain strategic datasets supporting customer lifecycle management, retention programs, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and personalized customer engagement. Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, Digital, and Customer Experience team
