Lead Business Analyst Performance Management, Operational Analytics & Process Improvement Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Work Setup: On-Site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor Turn Operational Data Into Measurable Performance Legal Management Group is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to strengthen performance management, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across the organization. This is not a traditional reporting-only analyst position. You will combine advanced business analysis with operational leadership, people management, process improvement, and project execution. You will lead and evaluate team members while partnering closely with the Operations Coordinator and departmental stakeholders to uncover performance gaps, establish accountability, and implement strategies that produce measurable improvements. Your work will directly influence productivity, quality, workflow efficiency, employee performance, and leadership decision-making.
