Product Owner – Payroll & Workforce Management Location: Hybrid – Warsaw, Poland Start Date: ASAP Contract: 12 months initially, with extensions available Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Payroll & Workforce Management to support a global Finance and Enterprise Technology transformation, initially focused on payroll technology deployments and managed service provider transitions across Europe, with plans for future global expansion. This is a strategic product ownership role within a growing enterprise technology function, acting as the key link between Payroll Operations, Digital Technology, Enterprise Architecture and external service providers. You will own the product roadmap, drive technology delivery and oversee the continuous improvement of enterprise payroll platforms, with Time & Attendance (T&A) and broader Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities becoming an increasingly important part of the scope. The successful candidate will combine strong payroll technology expertise with Agile product ownership, vendor management and experience delivering solutions across multiple European countries. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product strategy and technology roadmap for enterprise payroll and workforce management platforms.
