Business Analyst

Now we’re looking for an Business Analyst to join our team on projects for one of our international clients. What you will be doing: Client & Business Relations: Conducting meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

Engineering & Documentation: Translating business needs into clear project and functional documentation, as well as use cases. Mapping & Delivering Solutions: Designing solutions tailored to client goals, along with mapping and optimizing business processes. Close Collaboration with the Team: Providing ongoing support to the Project Manager and the development team – clarifying business doubts, ensuring backlog consistency, and prioritizing tasks.

Quality & Validation: Creating test scenarios, participating in the acceptance of delivered features (UAT – User Acceptance Testing), and verifying whether the provided software fully meets business needs. Required Skills & Experience: Min. 5 years of experience as a Business / System Analyst in the IT industry (experience in a Software House is a strong plus).
