Business Consultant Insurance, Worksite, & Institutional Technology Full Time, Springfield MA (Hybrid) The Opportunity We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support systems requirements and solution definition across insurance product development programs. This Business Systems Analyst role will partner with Product, Operations, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Delivery, and vendor teams to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements that support the successful delivery of new and enhanced insurance products. The Team The Insurance, Worksite, & Institutional Technology organization supports the technology capabilities required to design, launch, enhance, and service insurance products across Life, Annuity, Disability, and related product lines.

The team works across policy administration, new business and underwriting, illustrations, product rules and calculations, data integrations, digital experiences, correspondence, reporting, and downstream operational platforms. The Business Systems Analyst will contribute to successful delivery by producing high-quality requirements, clarifying system impacts, supporting solution alignment, and helping reduce downstream rework. The Impact This position is accountable for analyzing business needs, documenting systems requirements, supporting solution definition, and ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and aligned to product development outcomes.
