Solution Test Engineer

Location: İstanbul or Ankara Working Style: Hybrid Overview We are looking for a Solution Test Engineer to test our solutions for our growing Professional Services Team. We are an R&D center, and our solutions are developed by a team of over 100 engineers specializing in text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. As of 2022, we are part of Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, and we have grown into an international organization with over 500 dynamic team members. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.

What we expect Test our solutions to ensure high quality, minimize customer-facing issues, and prevent potential errors before they occur Apply the defined test methods and methodologies Develop new test scenarios and update test documents in line with development processes Create test environments on virtual machines, and update and maintain them when required Report test results Work closely with Integration and Solution Engineers on solution configurations Design solutions
