System Administrator - ServiceNow

Hybrid work environment - 3 days in office 12-month max-term contract Be the custodian of platform health, stability and security in a highly visible role Own the day-to-day health and performance of a complex ServiceNow platform supporting both IT and enterprise service delivery About the business/role/team You will be joining the IT Operational Services function within the Bank, supporting a strategic enterprise platform that underpins IT and business service delivery. The ServiceNow System Administrator sits within the MyService Platform Team and reports to the ServiceNow Technical Lead. The team is responsible for platform governance, core administration, configuration and continuous improvement across ServiceNow.

This role focuses on the core platform layer, working closely with Business Analysts, developers, managed service partners, Configuration Analysts and Asset Analysts to ensure the platform remains stable, secure and performant.

Proactively monitor the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform and respond to issues before they impact users Administer core platform functions including users, roles, groups and security controls Maintain platform stability through effective incident resolution, root cause analysis and preventative fixes Support and maintain configurations including workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies across modules Ensure platform security, compliance and adherence to governance standards Support platform upgrades
