Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with strong communication skills and hands-on technical capabilities to oversee daily IT desktop environments, office peripheral maintenance, network infrastructure, IT asset management, and centralized storage server maintanance and data security in our Hong Kong office, to ensure optimal IT performance and reliability. This role also serves as the local technical point of contact to assist Shenzhen Infrastructure/DevOps team with on-site troubleshooting and hardware maintenance. [link]

Office Desktop & Peripheral Support Mac / Windows Workstation Maintenance: Responsible for system installation, hardware/software configuration, account provisioning, daily troubleshooting, and software upgrades for employee computers Office Peripheral Systems: Install, configure, and maintain office printers, conference audio/video hardware, projection/screen-sharing devices, and other peripherals Responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining office CCTV security cameras, as well as managing workstation patch cables and cable organization IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the intake, inventory audits, check-in/check-out logs, decommissioning, and asset tagging for Hong Kong office IT equipment Network Troubleshooting & Emergency Assistance Act as the local technical contact when office network anomalies occur, collaborating with the Shenzhen Network/DevOps team on-site for troubl
