About the Role
- We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our Nordic IT Operations team and support our Swedish sites, serving approximately 640 employees across offices and manufacturing facilities.
- In this role, you will provide first and second line IT support, helping to ensure stable, secure and efficient IT services across the business. You will support end users, maintain IT equipment, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and participate in both local and Nordic IT projects.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical challenges, working closely with users, and developing their skills in a modern and international IT environment.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
End User Support
- Provide second and third-line technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
IT Operations
- Support infrastructure projects, including network improvements and hardware lifecycle management.
- Provide support during IT incidents and service outages.
