Senior Lean Process Analyst – Banking

Drive measurable operational excellence — transform banking processes through Lean expertise, smart automation, and AI-enabled insight. As a Senior Lean Process Analyst , you will be working for our client in the banking sector, supporting initiatives focused on continuous process optimization and organizational efficiency.

You will help design customer-centric processes, lead cross-functional transformation projects, and apply automation and AI pragmatically to improve service quality and operational performance. Your main responsibilities: Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that optimize business processes and organizational structures. Design efficient processes that enhance external and internal customer experience.

Lead cross-functional transformation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes. Improve operational efficiency through structured process management and continuous improvement practices. Apply automation and AI tools to accelerate optimization and reduce manual effort.

Analyze processes and workflows to identify operational pain points and recommend targeted improvements. Strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness by implementing process governance and standards. Explore and introduce new methodologies, techniques, and tools to expand optimization capabilities.
