Monitored, investigated, and resolved issues in the production environment. Managed incidents and performed root cause analysis.

Acted as Level 2 support for incident handling. Key requirements: Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Github/Bitbucket Kafka experience SQL understanding Authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT) Cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool) Secure communication (HTTPS) Logging (Splunk) Metrics, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana) Microservice architecture Good interpersonal and communication skills Nice to Have: PostgreSQL experience
