Role location Hybrid (two days in-office, three days virtual).

FIS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform to help build and evolve FIS Concierge, our enterprise generative artificial intelligence platform. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable backend services while developing advanced AI capabilities including large language model integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and Model Context Protocol integrations. You will work across cloud, data, security, and platform technologies to create reliable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that connect users with knowledge, systems, and business applications.

Your key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, application programming interfaces, and microservices using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. Build production-ready generative AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation, AI-powered search, prompt orchestration, tool calling, and agent-based workflows. Develop agentic solutions and Model Context Protocol integrations that connect AI capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, and knowledge repositories.
