Summary: Applied AI Specialist– Aftermarket AI & Digital Solutions to lead the development of AI-enabled digital solutions that enhance Carrier's aftermarket service business. This role focuses on applying AI, analytics, and connected technologies to improve service operations, predictive maintenance, field service efficiency, customer experience, warranty analytics, and aftermarket growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with domain knowledge to deliver scalable AI solutions that create measurable business value across Carrier's global aftermarket organization.

AI Solution Development Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions for engineering and business applications. Build enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks. Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
