Project Manager

About the role We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead software projects from requirements discovery through delivery and handover. You will connect clients, sales, development, QA, finance, and management to ensure projects are clearly scoped, effectively coordinated, and successfully delivered.

Join client meetings with sales to understand business problems, requirements, and constraints. Gather requirements, resolve ambiguity, and translate business needs into BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Prepare client-facing proposals and project scopes based on technical designs and estimates.

Plan timelines and milestones while coordinating activities across development, QA, and finance. Manage scope changes by assessing impact, negotiating adjustments, and issuing change requests. Identify and escalate project risks early, providing clear status updates and recommended actions.

Support user acceptance testing, handover documentation, and milestone acceptance. Use AI tools daily to accelerate documentation, meeting summaries, and requirements analysis. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships throughout and after delivery.
