Senior Manager, Software Development

This role directly manages Software Development Leads and is accountable for software delivery, engineering quality, release readiness, development practices, resource planning, and cross-team coordination. This leader provides organizational leadership, standards, governance, coaching, and delivery oversight across teams.

DevOps resources are embedded within individual development teams and managed by the respective Software Development Leads; this role provides the cross-team standards, governance, and oversight that keep engineering practices aligned.
