Own and govern the global Oracle Fusion and EBS solution architecture across Financials, Procurement, Order Management, HCM, and EPM. Lead architecture design workshops, establishing cross-functional functional and technical standards. Establish enterprise integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ETL data pipelines.

Oversee integration designs connecting Oracle Fusion with core banking, payroll, external procurement systems, and third-party SaaS platforms. Define global accounting rules, Subledger Accounting (SLA) configurations, costing models, and automated financial posting logic. Architect end-to-end data migration strategies covering chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, open purchase orders, fixed assets, and historical records.

Review, challenge, and approve solution design documents, test strategies, cutover plans, and configuration workbooks. Ensure solutions comply with global accounting standards, statutory localization rules, audit controls, and enterprise security frameworks. Provide technical and functional leadership to delivery squads through SIT, UAT, performance benchmarking, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
