Senior Software QA Engineer

In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and evolving our shared performance testing platform, helping ensure the scalability, stability and reliability of Genius Enterprise and multiple POS business branches. What you’ll own Own and evolve the architecture and roadmap of our shared performance testing platform, ensuring it scales effectively across multiple business branches. Design, build and maintain reusable performance testing components and frameworks using Gatling/Scala, Python and Locust, supporting high-load and distributed systems.

Build and improve test orchestration, environment provisioning, reporting and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Groovy, Docker and AWS. Define technical standards and performance testing best practices, while providing code reviews, technical guidance and mentorship to Automation Engineers across teams. Troubleshoot complex performance, framework and environment issues, lead root-cause analysis, and use data to validate solutions and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with hands-on experience in performance, load or scalability testing. Strong programming skills in Python, with Scala experience or the ability and willingness to work across both languages. Hands-on
