POSITION ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, to support business processing requirements. Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages, ensuring proper functionality. Monitor and tune system performance to achieve optimal levels, ensuring applications are always running smoothly.

Ensure workstation/server data integrity by implementing and managing software solutions that safeguard data. Manage data and media recoverability by scheduling and performing regular system backups and database archive operations. Develop and promote standard operating procedures for system maintenance, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Manage cloud-based applications using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB) to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Provide ongoing system maintenance and support, including incident response and the implementation of patches and updates to maintain system integrity and security.

Support development workflows and version control by utilizing Atlassian tools like Bitbucket and Jira to ensure effective software deployment and project tracking. Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Conflu
