🚀 About the role We’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager who will drive growth by building relationships, finding new opportunities, and turning them into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outreach, negotiations, and real impact on business growth. 🎯 We are looking for people who will: strengthen our sales team; actively seek and attract new customers; successfully sell the company's products and services; perform planned tasks; help us enter new markets. 🤝 You are suitable if you: You understand the principles of sales and customer interactions You clearly understand the tasks You know how to listen and hear the needs of clients/partners Active, communicative, and know in practice what "time management" is You can confidently speak and write in English (C1+). ➕ An additional plus can be: Successful experience in selling services and solutions, as well as finding and supporting clients If you know what AI is and how to use it If you can speak other languages Understanding the difference between a lead and a client Knowledge and understanding of streaming and esports markets If you know what LoL is or how CS:GO differs from CS2 If you are a proficient CRM user 💼 What we offer: Flexible work format: remote, hybrid, or office (Kyiv) Working hours: 11:00 - 20:00 on weekdays A horizontal team structure with real ownership and minimal bureaucracy Twenty-one working days of vacation per year.
