Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: Account Management: Oversee account growth, budget planning, and team KPI tracking; actively participate in hiring decisions. People Management: Lead team hiring, performance, and engagement management; support staff in their personal and professional growth. Stakeholder Management: Provide regular status updates and ensure effective client expectation management; build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration. Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks through effective communication and implementation of robust risk management strategies. Process Improvement & AI Adoption: Guide teams through process setup and project planning; play a supportive role in implementing new processes, with a particular focus on facilitating and accelerating AI adoption across teams. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, simultaneously leading 4+ teams (20+ people in total). Proven experience supporting teams that deliver multiple products within one organization. Demonstrated success introducing new processes to teams, with hands-on involvement in AI adoption initiatives.
