Senior Product Manager - Activation (all genders)

Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.<br>JustPlay is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team to help enhance the user experience by driving activation. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, enhance feature adoption, and boost retention. </span><ul><li><p>Own and optimize the onboarding and activation funnel from user acquisition to first game engagement</p></li><li><p>Conduct user research and data analysis to identify friction points in the user journey and improve onboarding</p></li><li><p>Design and improve the First-Time User Experience (FTUE) to help users experience the core value of JustPlay quickly</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with UA, Growth, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between messaging and in-app experience</p></li><li><p>Run A/B tests and experiments on onboarding flows to optimize activation and conversion points</p></li><li><p>Focus on early retention metrics (D1, D3, D7) and improve the first-session experience and push notifications</p></li><li><p>Track KPIs related to activation and measure impact of improvements</p></li><li><p>Create personalized onboarding flows based on user behavior, demographics, and UA source</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You have 4+ years of experience in product management
