#vacancy #Europe ⚡️ Position: Senior Platform / Infrastructure Engineer (Gardenlinux / KVM / Gardener) 📍 Location: Europe (Remote) 🕒 Workload: Full-time ⏳ Start: ASAP 🗣 Language: English (B2+) Overview Looking for experienced engineers to support internal cloud platform and infrastructure teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting, analysis, and configuration in Gardenlinux, KVM-based virtualization, and Gardener Kubernetes environments. The main goal is ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of cloud infrastructure and managed Kubernetes clusters. 💬Responsibilities Advanced troubleshooting across OS, virtualization, and Kubernetes layers Analyze incidents and provide technical reports Root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents Optimize infrastructure configurations Contribute to platform stability, scalability, and performance Document best practices and technical findings Collaborate with SRE, Operations, and Platform teams 🙌Requirements Gardenlinux / Linux Expertise in Debian-based Linux systems Experience with kernel configuration and OS internals Hands-on experience with Gardenlinux image customization Ability to debug performance, boot, and kernel-level issues Virtualization (KVM Stack) Deep understanding of KVM, QEMU, and Libvirt Experience with Cloud Hypervisor environments Strong knowledge of virtualization networking Scripting skills (Golang, Python, Bash) Gardener / Kubernetes Expertise in Kubernetes internals Experience with Gardener (shoot/seed clusters) Experience with cluster lifecycle management and upgrades Strong problem-solving and RCA skills Deliverables Incident troubleshooting reports RCA documentation Configuration optimization recommendations Knowledge transfer sessions Collaboration Close work with SRE, Platform, and Operations teams Daily communication via Slack/Teams/Git Weekly sync meetings 📩 Contacts: Telegram: @ekaterina_interexy 💬
