🚀 Topcotek is hiring: IT Support Specialist (Limassol, on-site)🚀
We need a proactive, hands-on pro to keep our systems and team running smoothly.
🎯The Role:
Tech Support: Daily hardware/software troubleshooting (Win/Mac).
Operations: Workstation setup, patching, and asset inventory.
User Access: Managing onboarding/offboarding & account permissions.
Systems: Supporting Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and Linux server infra.
✅What You Bring:
Experience: 3+ years in IT Support or SysAdmin.
Skills: Proficiency in Linux (CLI), Windows, and macOS.
Networking: Strong grip on protocols (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Languages: Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a plus).
Bonus: Jira Datacenter, Google Workspace, or Scripting (Bash/Python).
