We are looking for an Automation / Integration Specialist (Airtable / Guesty / no-code) Format: Outsource / project-based Location: preferably UAE (or understanding of local specifics), but not required About us: Holiday Homes company (short-term rental apartments). We are building an operational system to manage: * tasks (maintenance, cleaning) * guest communication * financial analytics * process automation The task: We are looking for a specialist who can help build an automation system based on Airtable with integrations to external services (primarily Guesty). Important: not just “set up tables”, but build a working operational system. Scope of work: 1. Airtable structure setup: * proper table relationships (apartments, employees, tasks, bookings) * clean and scalable database architecture (no shortcuts) 2. Process automation: * task creation from Guesty * automatic assignment of staff * SLA (deadlines based on issue type) * status tracking and execution control 3. Guest workflow: * automated messaging * passport / document collection * sending data to building management * approval / rejection logic 4. Financial block: * syncing booking data * reporting (revenue, occupancy, commissions) 5. Integrations: * Guesty API * Make / Zapier (or similar tools) * WhatsApp / email * custom solutions if needed Requirements: * Proven experience with Airtable (mandatory) * Experience building systems, not just tables * Experience with Make / Zapier / API integrations * Understanding of business processes (hospitality / real estate is a plus) * Ability to design workflows (logic, SLA, automation) Nice to have: * experience with Guesty * experience in short-term rental / property management * experience building CRM/ERP systems using no-code tools What we value: * system thinking * ability to propose solutions, not just execute * clean architecture (we want to avoid rebuilding everything in 2 months) --- Work format: * project-based with potential lo
