​​Business Systems Analyst Fully remote, flexible schedule SaaS platform for clinical trials and pharma business processes. Key responsibilities:  — Requirements & Documentation: Gather and document requirements (URS, PRD, Release Notes) through interviews and workshops. Keep documentation current and support customer training.  — Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with developers, testers, and customer success teams. Support Agile ceremonies, test scenarios, UAT, and product increment delivery.  — Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, translate change requests into user stories, design workflows, specify integrations, create reports, and support product roadmaps.  — Process Improvement & Mentorship: Identify improvement opportunities, mentor junior analysts, and support implementation of new tools.
