This role is for a proactive expert ready to not just provide legal advice, but to shape the legal landscape of the business and propose solutions. Location: Cyprus (Paphos) or UAE (Dubai) Format: Office-based in an international team of professionals Responsibilities: - Legal Support: Full legal support for HFT and algorithmic trading activities. - Advisory: Consulting on financial regulations, market conduct, and trading infrastructure across various jurisdictions. - Contracts: Drafting and negotiating complex commercial and trading agreements. - Ownership: Taking responsibility for finding and implementing solutions rather than just highlighting risks. - Development: Developing new legal structures and initiatives to scale the business and optimize risks. Requirements: - Experience: 10+ years of legal practice. Relevant experience in HFT, Fintech, digital assets, or banking law (Tier-1 consulting experience is a plus). - Hard Skills: Deep understanding of financial market mechanics and trading technologies. - Soft Skills: Ability to work under high responsibility, autonomy, and a commercial mindset. - Language: Fluent English (drafting/negotiation).
