Lead Qt/QML Developer (Desktop Applications)

Hi! We are Spyrosoft Synergy We are looking for an experienced Lead Qt/QML Developer to join an international team working on a large-scale desktop application built with Qt, QML, and modern C++ . In this role, you will contribute to the development of a mature product used globally, influence architectural decisions, and support other engineers in delivering high-quality software.

As a Lead, you will work closely with stakeholders and development teams, helping shape technical solutions while mentoring team members and promoting engineering best practices. Tech stack: Qt QML C++ Desktop Applications embedded CI/CD Code Reviews Testing Windows/macOS Agile

5+ years of commercial experience in software development Strong commercial experience with C++ (including modern C++) Experience developing desktop applications using Qt and QML Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns Experience working with large codebases and long-term software projects as well as smaller and more agile ones Familiarity with version control systems, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in an international environment English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
