Junior Business Analyst (Process Mapping)

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives Design and document business processes (current-state and future-state), including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures Partner with product and project teams to align process design with system and product capability, without owning the system/technical knowledge itself Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and process/product colleagues to gather requirements and validate process designs Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardisation Clearly communicate process designs, findings, and recommendations to both business and technical audiences Support the transition and embedding of new or revised processes into business-as-usual operations

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design (not purely systems/technical analysis) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate business needs clearly for both business and
